The products are supplied with certificates of the Russian River Register (RRR) and the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS)
The system provides:
To measure cargo parameters in cargo and settling tanks, multifunctional meters are used that provide simultaneous high-precision measurement of level, temperature, pressure and density and have a digital output, which allows to significantly reduce the number of cables.
Data from the control system of cargo operations of bulk vessels are received in real time to the cargo computer.
The control system for cargo operations of bulk vessels can be supplied either separately or as part of an integrated technical means control system.
The independent cargo overflow control system is designed for installation on tankers, bunkering vessels, oil barges, LNG and LPG gas carriers.
The system provides level control at two trigger points on each tank (typical trigger points are 95% and 98% of the level).
An independent cargo overflow control system ensures the formation of sound and light alarms when controlled levels are reached. Light and sound alarms are provided on the alarm panels of the system and on the open part of the deck. The system also generates two generalized 95% and 98% signals to the remote control and control system of cargo operations and/or the integrated technical means control system.
level and temperature control for each cargo and ballast tank;
pressure/temperature control in cargo manifolds;
control of cargo movement during loading/unloading by means of flow meters;
roll and trim control of the vessel;
control and management of valves and pumps of cargo/ballast systems;
control of the inert gas system (IGS);
alarm warning system when the controlled parameters (level, pressure, temperature, flow, etc.) exceed the specified limits, as well as in case of malfunction of mechanisms (pumps, valves, IGS, etc.)
Level signaling is carried out by sensors having:
The cargo overflow control system has a certificate of standard approval of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS). The system can be supplied either separately or as part of an integrated technical means control system.
